Where are my iCUE profiles? ›

Profiles are in %AppData%\Roaming\Corsair\CUE5. By default, this is C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\Corsair\CUE5. But typing "%AppData%" in the Start ... Run dialog will get you there.

Select the device you want to configure a hardware profile for. Set your desired hardware actions and lighting effects in the HARDWARE ACTIONS and HARDWARE LIGHTING tabs on the left side menu. When you are finished, select ONBOARD PROFILES on the left side menu. Select an onboard profile slot and click Save.

Launch CORSAIR iCUE and open the profile tray. Click the "+" button to create a new profile.

Exporting profiles

Select Export on the left menu. Use the dropdown menu to select the profile you want to export. Use the toggles to select what parts of the profile you want to export. Click Export.

2) To import an iCUE profile, firstly, you'll want to navigate to the downward facing arrow ˅ on the left-hand side. The side tab will then expand and present your existing iCUE profiles. 3) Click on the backward/forward facing arrow icon. This opens a window with the import tab selected by default.

Open iCUE. Click the Settings icon on the upper right. Click Software and Games on the left menu of the SETTINGS window. Use the toggles to enable integration with your software, games, and devices.

If the iCue window is open or minimized it only uses about 2%.

If your RAM is not detected by iCUE and restarting your PC does not resolve this issue, the problem might be because of a software conflict. If you run other software that controls RGB and hardware components, it might cause Corsair interface drivers to deactivate.

If you need to adjust your RAM in iCUE to match your motherboard layout, you can use the DIMM Setup tab to orientate your RAM. After clicking DIMM Setup in the left menu, you can click the rotation icons on the preview to orientate your RAM.

The CUE program data relating to profiles and customization is stored at C:Users/(name)/App Data/Roaming/Corsair.

Device memory mode in iCUE allows products to operate in a 'hardware state' without needing iCUE running in the background. Previously, exiting iCUE was necessary to activate the hardware state. This mode supports configurations like 'Hardware Lighting' for Fans and Coolers, and key assignments for mice and keyboards.

Open File Explorer and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\ for iCUE 3, or C:\Program Files\ for iCUE 4 or 5.

All of your profiles and iCUE settings are located at C:Users/(name)/App Data (hidden)/Roaming/Corsair.

To back up your iCUE profiles and macros, you can export the profile into a . cueprofile file on your computer. You can import this profile back into iCUE whenever you want to restore your modified settings.

Making sure you're using the latest software will give iCUE the best chance of detecting your device. Updating both windows and iCUE is important for minimizing any security issues and known bugs that might be causing problems. Next, remove or disable any potentially conflicting software.
